Returns, Refunds, Cancelled Orders And Exchange Policies
If you need to return an item, please message us for an RMA number and return shipping info. You must notify us in writing that you want to return your item. You must contact us and get the item in transit back to us within 3 days of receipt of the item . All returns must be received back to us within 5 business day and need to be shipped via FED EX, UPS or DHL with tracking and insurance marked as a product return where you put the value on the commercial invoice, You can email us at dejacohair@aol.com to request a return. Buyer is responsible for getting the item shipped back to us and the return shipping costs. Items must be returned  in original, new condition and unaltered, unwashed and unworn. Lace etc must still be in tact and the item free of any smells, such as smoke or perfumes etc. We charge a $150 flat rate on wigs or toppers for a return. There is no refund on shipping or insurance charges. We charge a 15 percent return fee on all pieces that are returned for a refund. that are paid via shop pay. This 15% in the othe wig or topper price. And shipping or insurance fees are not refunded .Any items exchanged for us new piece, we waive this fee.However if you contact us for an exchange once you have done that, you can not change your mind as ask for a refund later, even if you have sent the item back.There are no exchanges on returns on overseas orders due to shipping costs.
Any sale items or final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Any orders cancelled within 24 hours or prior to shipping whichever is soon will be charged a 10 percent fee.

If a piece doesn't work and you are within the US and ask to exchange, there are no exceptions. You cant change your mind and ask for a refund or return once an exchange request has been made.

Shipping And Turn Around Time Policies
All orders are shipped within 72 hours. You will be notified via email that your item has shipped and provided tracking information. We ship via USPS Priority mail with insurance and UPS. The postal service usually requires a signature on items insured for more then $500. If there are any problems or delays, we will contact you immediately.
