WHAT KIND OF LACE DO YOU USE?

We use Swiss lace.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

Im sorry we do not.

WHAT TYPES OF HAIR DO YOU USE?

Each listing will state this, but most of our pieces are made with high grade European or Brazilian hair.

WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU RECOMMEND USING ON THE HAIR?

Inside the box of your order we include information on caring for your pieces and products that we recommend. But Olaplex products are great choices.

CAN YOU CHANGE THE PART?

Yes, all of our pieces you can move the part on to some degree.

ARE THE KNOTS BLEACHED?

On some yes, at least as much as they can safely be. Some are not. But all listings will indicate if they are bleached or not.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WASH MY PIECE?

We recommend you wash once monthly. However it depends on how you wear your wig. If its a daily wear wig, or you exercise in it or do not wear a cap under it . You may  need to wash it more often.
