Join us for a personalized 30-minute video call that can be conducted through Zoom or on popular social media platforms such as Instagram or Facebook Messenger.
During our conversation, we will take the time to delve into your specific needs and any concerns you may have, ensuring a tailored experience. We'll discuss which wigs would be the most suitable for you, focusing on aspects like style, type, and color to find the perfect match for your preferences.
As part of our wig consultation, we will also guide you through the wig fitting process to accurately determine your size, allowing you to decide what will be a better fit for your future wig.
Feel free to ask any questions or raise concerns you might have during the session; I'm here to provide clarity and support. If time allows, we would be delighted to showcase some wigs that might catch your interest, giving you a closer look at options that could enhance your look.
Consultations are not refundable for any reason.
Return Policy
If you wish to return an item, please contact us to obtain an RMA number and return shipping information. You must contact us and ensure that the item is in transit back to us within three days of receiving it. Canada and International orders must shipped back using a shipping method that will be delivered by or before five days. We recommend that you use UPS and FedEx for international returns. You can request a return by emailing us at dejacohair@aol.com. The buyer is responsible for returning the item to us and bearing the return shipping costs.
Please ensure that items are returned in their original, new condition and are unaltered, unwashed, and unworn. The lace and other similar items must remain intact as new, and the item should be free of odors like smoke or perfumes.
Fees and Notices:
- The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost to send back the product.
- $150 restocking fee for those who paid in full at purchase. This fee covers our rewashing, restyling, payment processing fees, and other expenses we incur to restock the item.
- 15% restocking fee for those who purchased with the Shop Pay plan.
- 10% cancellation fee for orders that are canceled and not shipped.
- Any Sale or Final Sale item is not returnable for refund or exchangeable.
- Exchanges will be charged an additional $20 shipping fee for the exchange piece and be considered a final sale that is not returnable for a refund or another exchange.
- No refunds are available for Navidium insurance or shipping fees.
- The restocking fee is waived if you are exchanging for a new piece.
- No exchanges on international orders due to shipping and customs charges.
- International Orders - Customs, Duty, and Tax will be charged by your country of residence at delivery time!
