Returns, Refunds And Exchange Policies
If you need to return an item, please message us for an RMA number and return shipping info. You must contact us and get the item in transit back to us within 3 days of receipt of the item You can email us at dejacohair@aol.com to request a return. Buyer is responsible for getting the item shipped back to us and the return shipping costs. Items must be return in original, new condition and unaltered, unwashed and unworn. Lace etc must still be in tact and the item free of any smells, such as smoke or perfumes etc. We charge a 15% return fee on all pieces that are returned for a refund.(this covers our rewashing and restyling time, Sezzle fees, credit card fees, paypal fees etc etc that we do not get back when we issue refunds). Any items exchanged for us new piece, we waive this fee. But you will be charged additional shipping fee of $20 for the exchange pieces that are shipped.. Any sale items or final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.Any cancelled orders are also subject to this 15% percent fee. No exchanges on over seas order due to shipping costs and customs charges.
