- XS/small wig size circumferences range from 20.5 to 21.5 inches. The front-to-back measurement, when unstretched, is 12 inches. Ear to ear over the top measures 10.5 inches at the longest point. However, the lace can be easily cut around the ear for customization, as this wig features lace only in the ear tabs.
